What I was trying to say to you on Twitter was that your @reply tips stated that so long as a tweet started with @name, WITHOUT USING THE REPLY KEY WITHIN TWEETDECK OR NATIVE TWITTER, then all your followers would see the tweet, not just the followers shared by you and @name. As far as I know, this is not true. If the first character of your tweet is @ then only shared followers of you and @name will see the tweet regardless of whether you hit the reply button or you type the @name manually. The only way to insure all your followers see your tweet is to pre-pend the @name, as in .@name or RT bla bla @name. Bottom line, if @ starts your tweet, you are limiting who will see the tweet. Am I wrong on this or did I misunderstand your tip? (The only reason I'm not posting this in the appropriate place is I saw a bunch of become-a-member rigmarole that I did not want to go through to ask one question.) But happy because I have a family, a wonderful home by the sea and I have a laptop that has helped my vision to become clear. Also I am a starving student working on my PhD. while I have no job.
