There is a lot of misinformation going around the social media space about whether President Obama (who resisted being pulled into this Libyan conflict), is legally allowed to commit U.S. Military forces to the conflict without the authorization of the United States Congress. While I would welcome any input that corrects my understanding, it is currently My only complaint about this terrific and important essay, is what he says about Heath care reform.
