A proposed Message Code for Twitter and any social network.

The BL code means "broken link." It tells someone that a link they sent out was defective.

What is the MT signal?

It's a new gesturing signal, suggested to me, and then enlarged by me to mean that some Twitter update is a  "Modified Tweet." It is meant to expand and compliment the more traditional Retweet (or RT) gesture, which is probably the most familiar symbol
