Wall Street’s Big Short: They Bet Against The World–And We Lost.

I've read "The Big Short." Also "Bailout Nation," "The End of Wall Street," and every other book I can get my hands on about the financial system. As a result, I am spending every dime I can, investing in nothing but the companies of people I know, and will never own another home. That familiar euphemism "The American People" have been taken to the cleaners in the last generation by their own financial system. I hate to sound like an old person, but I am--I've been around long enough to remember when the middle class standard of living was higher and the financial system more transparent despite the lack of technology.
